It is a startup company so that's why I have joined in practically but as company and its growth is better compare to other edutech practically app and their features are more and mentoring facility is good

To be very honest there's nothing to be liked about the company.

The top management l, founders and co-founders. The CEO & COO doesn't have any proper vision in place. The leadership team is also pathetic. CEO requires motivation before addressing during crisis and speaks nonsense like what he has done so far. He and his so called team is completely an escapist. They haven't cleared fnf for people who left the company 2-3 years before. You won't get any reply from anyone once you are out from the company even HR won't respond.
