Technology is not required but something else is the primary skill here 😜 Proxy , agency hiring is majorly done here and you will be asked to resign if you don't entertain such hiring's stupidity 😅 Whistle Blowers are simply side lined. 🤫 At the end their reply is " It's our/client choice" .

Young and Growing organization. Great momentum for NCS India since last 1 year, with a good visibility of growth for next 2 years. Good intent of the leadership team to engage and improve employee experience. Management is open for suggestions and willing to implement changes that will make a difference. Great place for freshers to start their career.

Fully export oriented work, with no presence in India market. 100% work from office. Office only in Pune.

Worst management No appraisal no promotion Very less project Hiring n firing They just play games with employees...don't release employee if he's got offer n then fire them if they don't hve offer They make issue of nothing n make you pay. Cheap tricks everywhere

not sure if there is anything to like in this company

no career development. no future. lot of politics, racism, favoritism by top management. They are creating their own gang which don't even know for which company they are working. there is no business and top management is not doing anything to bring new business. they just fire people to show no bench. no great policies. HR dept is also pathetic.
