Manager does not have technical knowledge. Software Architect has its own personal favorites. Manager is biased towards old employees. There is no good opportunities to explore. Agile methodologies are not followed properly. Even coding standards are not being followed. They don't have good features to work on. Most importantly, there is no work life balance. There is layoff in NCR voyix, they have not let me completed my probation period and there is no job security. I request not to join this company. my manager knew about my layoff one month ago and he didn't let me know. Hello let know me from a formal invite and let all my colleagues to do WFH for whole week and he allow only me todo WFO. This is the worst organisation that I have been associated for. I regret my decision not to join TCS. I am hope less and speech less why this company has done this to me I did not take that much of salary that the senior level person takes.
