There is a lot of politics. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Nothing likable about here, Atleast, the India office.

Dislikes

Small organization. There are no SOP's set. Management unsupportive. HR is like a secretary, who has to ask for permission to the CEO for every minute work. No reports are ever provided to the employees. Unethical. Do not pay on time, hold your salary without initimation. You can expect a PIP without any prior discussion.
