Have team work. Easy to communicate with top management. Always there was two way communication. Good benefit.

Dislikes

Didn't look for future business. Sales too low but fixed cost high

Work Details

Work as production manager. In charge moulding n press. Need achieved our production and sales plan on time, need control overtime, F cost and minimize expenses.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
