Robi thankachen planning team leader has no competence to be in that position. Under him planning dept can not grow, he has the nature of troubling his subordinates and many experienced people left the company. Planning team in Saudi suffer a lot because of him as he mislead everything and blaming false.... The only advantage is that they pay the salaries on time. The only redeeming quality for the company in my opinion.

The work culture is like a black company, they expect you to work and die for the company without any kind of compensation. Expect to see tons of favoritism from the upper 'brass'. Expect to see that some people who do nothing get all the credit for your work. Also do not think to rise in the ranks as only the pets of the management will get that advancement. Without any 'supporters' in the HO, don't even think you'll be heard. The worst issue is however, the job security, the HO terminates any one who the upper management dislikes even a little.
