In some instances mobilisation of manpower get delayed. I cannot say its company fault but various reasons such as lack of scope from client, visa issues & planning issues.

This company has lot of politics. Most of the employees are coming through reference and there is no overtime for staffs. When we joining time company management will tell every year salary increment and bonus but every body will not get and annual vacation not give properly
