Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is trasparent there ahuge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policy are good appraisals are fair and they not good salary hike and bonus no increase every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue s salary is decent but career growth is slow there is bond no issues but my job is job training is not given to new job

The job is quiet interesting struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training sessions i learnt everything on the job i got a new chance to wear multple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles withinvthe ne team

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
