Everything is good expect performance evaluation where highly efficient and good employee get low rating, no appreciation & rewards but who do less work get high rating, appreciation and rewards

Dislikes

Performance Evaluation system many time no conversation with Head of department during performance evaluation. Performance evaluation done base on what reporting manager represent to HOD

Being a refinery, gives ample opportunity to leap forward to better prospects. If you are lucky to be in a better department then good progress through ranks

Dislikes

Growth is uneven, poor training, little focus on safety, works like a government company when system is concerned. Heavy inequality in terms of compensation. Many departments have struck in terms of promotions.

Very hectic, no compensation for overtime, but had the opportunity to learn from various emergencies and turndowns
