Work life balance is pretty good and so is the salary. The work culture leaves a lot to be desired especially the systems and processes at times are prohibitive for any initiative.

Dislikes

The decision making is not effectively delegated and most times one will find stuck in the labyrinth of trivial compliances.

Overall fine, if you looking an opportunity in West Bengal region.

Dislikes

In last 2-3 years post Covid-19, the working culture became more demotivational (far from reality, hypocrite, religion biased management). Office located far from main city and transportation chargeable. CTC band not uniform, PLI part is very much high in CTC. Average increment and PLI disbursement generally around Diwali. Other big Oil & Gas E&P firm will provide better platform to grow.
