HR work is do fake promises. So that new employees can join. We were changing the policies as per MD, or in other words, there were no any policy. Whatever the management need, we had to change the policy in the backend and elimate any employee at any time. There were a lot of concerns and i dont want to waste my time on Nayan.

Long working hours, high attrition and firing rate, whimsical founder and policies, always late salary, non-sense working rules like sending mail everyday to founder of what was done throughout the day which he doesn't even read. Late payslip uploads, late EPF contribution. And micromanagement by founder

One of the worst companies and PLEASE DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY. CEO is like a headless chicken and he keeps on changing goal and product of the company. He thinks that he has completed his Ph.D. and no one can think more than him but the reality is that he neither know his targeted customer nor he can define goal of the company nor he can take a justified decision. Whenever he fails on his idea, he fires an employee and put the blame on him. On lieu of this blame, he cut all the salaries. Like! What a joke. They will give you to sign 45 to 56 page of contract in the name of company policies and once you signed that pages your journey to hell will begin.

PLEASE DONT JOIN ! PLEASE DONT JOIN! They will make your life hell, HR is just a puppet to humiliates in the name of COMPANY POLICY. Nayan will definitely pay you more than you asked, but believe me if someone else pay lesser than this hell than please please please go for it but don't join this company. MD made fake promises to client and than spoiled the nights of employees to achieve that. Hybrid culture is pathetic here, probhition period not fixed, after serving 2.5 month notice period you to wait 45 days for full n final, your salary will deducted a lot in the name of company policies....Read More

Team leads, managers, colleagues are good. Company can become better with a direction.

The whole team works on idea given by the MD which is made up mostly in an instant. Constant threat of firing if you don't email back MD's email of 4 in the morning before 8. If you get sick good luck, you still have to entertain the Management like a monkey. Play the back and forth emails on weekends too. No clear direction of thecompany. All the people leave as soon as they can. Management even forces people to put good reviews of the company in front of him or gives threat of cutting salaries. You will be mentally tortured every morning evening and night trying to make someone with too much money and no skill understand your code. No clarity of what the goal of the company is. You get your weekends/leaves removed for asking a genuine question from the almighty management. Anyone who got covid was on his own. You just have to basically please the manegement everyday and do nothing else. Don't question or even ask them the end goal of a certain thing.
