1, Lack of clear direction: The management is utterly chaotic. The MD changes the company's goals almost daily, and then blames employees for not meeting the constantly shifting expectations. This creates an environment of confusion and frustration, making it impossible to work efficiently. 2. Never-ending Meetings: The workday is dominated by the MD's unreasonably long and late meetings. It's a daily routine for the MD to call for the meeting at the end of the day, dragging them on for 2-3 hours with no regard for the employees' personal time. This practice leads to extreme stress and mental harassment. 3. Ego-Driven Leadership: The MD is extremely egoistical and dismissive. Any suggestion or input from employees is met with hostility, with the MD frequently reminding everyone of his PhD from the US, while belittling employees as mere subordinates who should only listen and obey. 4. Unreliable Salary Payments: Salary payments are consistently delayed by 2-10 days without any valid reason. Moreover, there are random deductions that are neither explained nor justified.
