Working at Nayan has been nothing short of a dreadful experience, and i feel compelled to share my honest perspective to warn potential candidates about the numerous red flags within this company. 1. Hire and Fire Policy(1/5): Nayan seems to have a revolving door when it comes to employees. The hire and fire policy is so erratic that job security is virtually non-existent. It creates an atmosphere of constant fear, making it impossible for employees to focus on their without the looming threat of termination. 2. No Job Security(1/5): Job security is a foreign concept at Nayan. The company's instability makes it difficult for employees to plan for their future or invest in their careers. It's disheartening to see talented individuals constantly on edge, unsure it they will have a job the next day. 3. No Pay On Time(1/5): Nayan.co's commitment to paying employees on time is laughable at best. Salaries are consistently delayed, causing financial strain and leaving employees in the dark about when they will receive their hard-earned money. This lack of financial reliability is unexpected and unprofessional. 4 Random Salary Deduction(1/5): If you this you're getting paid what you deserve, think again. Nayan.co has a baffling habit of randomly deducting portions of salaries without any clear explanation. It's a blatant disregard for fair compensation and leaves employees feeling cheated and undervalued. 5. Egoistic CEO(1/5): The CEO at Nayan.co is the epitome of arrogance and egotism. Communication is one-sided, and any attempt to express concerns or suggestions is met with condescension. It's disheartening to witness leadership that lacks empathy and fails to foster a positive work environment. 6. Puppet HR(1/5): The HR department at Nayan.co seems to exist solely to carry out the whims of higher-ups. Rather than being advocates for employees, they act as mere puppets, executing decisions without question. This lack of autonomy and advocacy further contributes to the toxic work culture. Worst company for female | DONT JOIN PLZ PLZ

There is no any time. MD can at any time, it can be late night or you at the funeral. If the employee will not pick the call then he will deduct salary for one working day. I was not allowed to leave the office before 8 pm and as being a female, I was not feeling safe in public transport. Also I can't raise a voice as HR is just a puppet and there is no policy. Plz don't join this fraud company.

during leave period weather you are in function or vacation company will ruined your leaves by making calls and messages, notice period time is hell in this company. in working days if you dont pick his call on time he will cut your salary for a day, at your full and final settlement they cut your 40-50% salary or even more in the name of company work update policy, zira policy etc. when you resign they will hold your current month salary along with next 2.5 month of notice period salary which they will give after 45 days from your last working day means you don't get any pay for 5 months. The owner does not even think before suggesting something. He calls the meetings discussion whereas they are just dictations. He does meetings for 3 hours everyday in the morning and asks you to give output before lunch. He lacks basic human decency and calls people on weekends, at 1 in night, 4 in night. He does not even know what he is trying to build. Specifications change every morning. He forces employees to write positive reviews in front of him or get their salary deducted. He will kick you off the meeting if he thinks he is loosing a discussion and his point is weak. He shouts and scolds employees like he is a teacher. He will breath down your neck to complete unrealistic tasks in unrealistic time. He sues every ex employee if a negative review pops up on Glassdoor when he has left. The company's favourite pastime is hiring and firing. Just look at the median tenure of people in linkedin. The positions are always open at Nayan . The so called flat hierarchy is the owner's way of keeping all control in his hand forever. He does not trust his managers, team leads, engineers. Do not join this place. Everything. MD is waaaay over his head and micromanages everything and everyone. He will get everyone for a meeting ( standup) for 2-3 hours in mornings, will not let you work and ask for work. He doesn't understand anything including technology, management, or even basic human decency to not call people at 2 in the morning.

Nayan has a toxic work environment. People you work with are great but the management ie the CEO makes everything bad. There are 2+ meetings, and unrealistic goals and you are still required to achieve them.
