Working with navjyoti Commodity management services pvt ltd work-life balance is superb and coming to work its a new platform for collateral management i learn so many new things about collateral management and its work cycle.

Dislikes

Coming to compensation is decent, but growth is too slow. Sometimes work pressure is too high that i have to work 10-12 hours. Appraisals are very late

Work Details

Basically handling and processing release orders of corporate, individual clients. I have to coordinate with pan india bankers to processed release of clients when they clear there payments. Preparing MIS reports like CHR, DTR, MCX transactions.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

The working rules of company is good for staff and clients but there is no further scope of improvement skills and promotions. I want to develop my skills and knowledge in this field. Finally I have to say that I'm not satisfied with my job because there is no increments with my salary and no further scope.
