Navionics Technologies is itely base company and working on marine navigation projects. They are providing salary was right time.

Dislikes

Appraisal is very low, No job security, no career growth, you can't learning any thing, always seniors and managers are try to survive in company so they can't give any opportunity to grow. I got one year appraisal is 500 INR. No gains more pains. so many politics all managers are selfishers. They can terminate employees immediately without intimation.
