12 hours shift with 1.5 hours of traveling in morning and evening..that makes 15 hours of duty.. Dictatorship is going on in the company by Management. No safety culture. Staff behaviour is very rude to the workers.

No social life left when working in Navin group for about 1 year. 6:00 to 20:30 hours timing is so long that I didn't even knew my neighbours.
