Disliked Everything, Management is the worst in the world. Men who worked in covid were given zero appreciation. Their credit was openly robbed & were told they did nothing special. working ours like Narayan Murthy said over 70 hours a week. Used to call in the middle of night every week. although policy and action are used differently for each individual, there is no uniform action for employees. Like one example :- Some employees have to six day work in a week , some employees have to five day work in a week, some employees get half relaxation on any festival but there duty is fixed for the whole day.
