1. HR is not powerful. 2. Partiality with shift persons like two weekly off not for shift persons. 3. Many policy benefits not for shifting person. 4. Poor in cultural and sport events. 5. All facilities available for only general shift persons and managers.

I am getting experience in development of new processes followed by its scale up from lab scale to pilot plant till production. I got good hand on fluorinating compounds and learn how to handle HF, SF4 and BF3.OEt2 etc gas. No work pressure. When CRO head left in 2017, I am leading a CRO department.

Dislikes

Having 6 days working, chances of having 5 days working is negligible.

Work Details

I am working on mg to Ton deliverable scale, through process validation, optimization through CRAMS mode. Providing cost effective proposal/quotes to clients. Having open hands on CRO project. I get to work closely with the clients.
