Job Description Process & Project Engineer

Location: Mumbai
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical - from reputed institute
Experience: 7 to 14 years

About the Role:

We are looking for a Process & Project Engineer to support the engineering, execution, and commissioning of projects. The role involves process engineering, coordination with consultants and vendors, project monitoring, and assisting in plant start-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process & Detailed Engineering:
  
• Prepare and review process and detailed engineering documents.
• Coordinate with detailed engineering consultants for technical discussions and follow-ups.
• Visit vendor sites for status updates and expediting project timelines.
• Interdisciplinary Coordination:
  
• Work closely with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure timely preparation and review of technical documents through consultants or in-house teams.
• Project Management & Execution:
  
• Utilize Project Management tools to develop and track project timelines.
• Participate in HAZOP, PSSR, and other safety assessments.
• Frequently visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure smooth execution.
• Plant Commissioning & Start-up Support:
  
• Assist the Project & Operations teams in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Ensure smooth start-ups by troubleshooting and optimizing process conditions.
• Scale-up & R&D Support (Preferred):
  
• Experience in working with R&D/Pilot Plants to prepare scale-up and design documents will be an added advantage.Role & responsibilities
