Disliked Everything, Management is the worst in the world. Men who worked in covid were given zero appreciation. Their credit was openly robbed & were told they did nothing special. working ours like Narayan Murthy said over 70 hours a week. Used to call in the middle of night every week. Increment were peanuts

Favoritisam and partiality in the ADL department for local employees. Work Harassment for others. Worst HR department ever seen at navin flourine dewas location. Nothing is confidential from HR site.

although policy and action are used differently for each individual, there is no uniform action for employees. Like one example :- Some employees have to six day work in a week , some employees have to five day work in a week, some employees get half relaxation on any festival but there duty is fixed for the whole day.
