I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The worst employer in this trade with no business ethics and they can fire you whenever they want as per there mood. If they find you are of no use then your are out. They even dont think about family and life of employee before firing and they also can fire you w/o no reason. Just stay away from this Company.
