- Free food which sometimes has insects - Qualified peer group who eventually turn out to be either helpless or bootlickers

Dislikes

- Dictator in the name of CEO, Incompetent leadership who only like and promote bootlickers - No data security of customers, uses unethical ways of doing business - No job security, can kick you out even if you are performing well without any kind of warning - Laid off 200-220 employees after hiring them in last 6 months regardless of performance and did not pay any severance...Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
