The working culture are suitable for senior citizens. They give respect and job to senior citizens. Their is no issue for leave.Management is not good. Overall senior staff behaviour is good.

Dislikes

Working culture is so outdated. Technically not sounded. They are using paper for working. Collegues behaviour are dominated.
