Likes

It was nice and good working atmosphere. Nice co-operative colleagues and bosses.

Dislikes

There was no life stability and no future prospects are there.

Work Details

I have to do billing of the advertisement published in the newspaper according to their position and size of the advertisement. That advertisement is black and white or coloured, if coloured than the rate is different for those ads.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Employee Benefits

Only over-time we used to get & of course yearly bonus that's all.

There was a lot of learning, good support. Confidence to discuss any situation with my senior but was also given free hand by my senior in terms of taking decisions and team selection.

Generally speaking, my work was challenging as there were other strong competitors in our market. So every day brought new challenges, I had to be alert and on my toes. But my team was able to break ice with 36 new clients.
