Company claims they are pay master. This is true, it is a golden cage.

Dislikes

Poor working environment No respect for employees No professional growth No trust on employees Filing case on leaving employees is normal practice No system to acknowledge good performance Lot of politics by top management

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
