Well, for me there are so many. 1. Lack of proper clarity from the upper part of administration. 2. Not following a certain protocol.. Was part of the CCE and each one had different views, approach and things which, to be very honest is tarnishing the company image. 3. Some purely nonsensical seniors who doesn’t even know there jobs properly - but keeps poling their nose unnecessarily on others. 4.
