The curriculum caters to futuristic domains and prepares kids to become 21st century ready. The curriculum is tied into several loops, its complex, which even the senior members of the company are unable to grasp. However, they choose to remain silent and also want everyone else to behave the way they do. It could have been a reallyamazing place to work had there been like minded individuals....Read More

Maintaining hourly logbook was a nuisance. The company should have trust in their employees. It follows hire and fire policy. At times the Founder president is supportive of its people and at other times, she would say things which are completely out of line. At one instance I had logged off at 6:45 and one of the senior members had remarked as to why was I not available till 8pm. Your knowledge and your skills will be ridiculed from time to time. You will always be unaware of as to what offends the management about you. Good, kind and humility are a sin at this workplace. There are very few leaves. Salary and compensation are a slap on the face. It's very much possible that another person employed under the same designation as yours may receive a higher pay even if his qualifications are not at par with yours. So, if you are planning to apply, please do negotiate well. I can go on and on about this place....Read More

Employer’s Response
As part of the core management team, let me say off the bat;
We are NOT a place where everyone will be happy. Infact only 3 out of 10 people will be happy in our organisation. My research from across the world has showed that most people are happy in roles when they are not being challenged adequately and find their comfort zone or if they are excessively challenged to the point of burn out. While true for most sectors, this policy is not so uniformly applicable in the education sector. Everyone is a proclaimed expert in the education sector, everyone knows how to raise children. Unfortunately children are the most inder-represented voice in the entire sector. Therefore I hold my team to a very high bar of performance and being accountable to children. This is a practice that most people in this sector are not used to, therefore for them NatureNurture is the right place. This is a place where you need to put your money where your mouth is, and put in the work and be accountable to our only stakeholders- the children.
Culture and work life balance mean very different things here.
Culture for us is equity of opportunity, you will be treated fairly. Regardless of your background, experience, everyone has an equal opportunity to be future leader.
We are vested in upskilling each person to become a future leader, but we need loyalty in return. When either of the two is missing, there is a problem.
Many of the negative sentiments about NatureNurture testify that "we are not a place for everyone". When given a choice to keep either everyone moderately happy or few driven individuals very content. we choose the latter. We have made a careful choice with this decision, and you should be equally careful in making this decision about your career.
