Despite the many positive aspects, it's disappointing to acknowledge that it's not a suitable place for everyone. Witnessing colleagues who don't fully embrace the culture of hard work and commitment can be disheartening. This can create a divide in the work culture.

The curriculum caters to futuristic domains and prepares kids to become 21st century ready. The curriculum is tied into several loops, its complex, which even the senior members of the company are unable to grasp. However, they choose to remain silent and also want everyone else to behave the way they do. It could have been a really amazing place to work had there been like minded individuals.

Maintaining hourly logbook was a nuisance. The company should have trust in their employees. It follows hire and fire policy. At times the Founder president is supportive of its people and at other times, she would say things which are completely out of line. At one instance I had logged off at 6:45 and one of the senior members had remarked as to why was I not available till 8pm. Your knowledge and your skills will be ridiculed from time to time. You will always be unaware of as to what offends the management about you. Good, kind and humility are a sin at this workplace. There are very few leaves. Salary and compensation are a slap on the face. It's very much possible that another person employed under the same designation as yours may receive a higher pay even if his qualifications are not at par with yours. The Founder Director is an extremely rude woman who treats her staff awfully. She is abusive towards her employees. There is no management structure in the organization and the Director encourages staff to over-work and stay back after 6 PM (6 days working). The company is always understaffed and employees overworked.
