As result ,i get travel Maharashtra ,Karnataka ,Andhra Pradesh & Telangana and 11 Districts. on site travel is completely depended on area sales cover growth and client ,customer location .Main is a customer satisfaction and quality product focus . compensation is decent ,but growth is slow .the work pressure is very high.Sometimes ,i have to work 12 to 16 hours straight in day as i have to attend client or customer ,distributor call in the evening and sometime late into the night.Managers do not value an individuals unique strength,which is why i have to take back suggestion most of the time.also there is no job training for fresher and mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal . as per work limit no salary sufficient....Read More
