Here I can see my efforts bringing change in the lives of hundreds of children who otherwise would have languished into oblivion by poverty, neglect and abuse. Staying inside the campus not only gives me physical security but in SOS Children's Villages of India people never leave, they retire. The policies and work culture are like a family. Staying and working inside the campus sometimes hinders work and personal life balance. Also equal payment for equal designation should be implemented.

We work in the lifecyle of a child so work hours can never be restricted to 9-5 jobs. But our work does not feel like work as I enjoy being with children and forget when am I working or am just living my life.
