Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. There is nothing to like about NSEG. There is no option of 0 rating otherwise I would have rated 0 for NSEG.

Dislikes

There are endless reasons to dislike NSEG. The management does not respect employees. They do not care about them. The director comes on the floor and shouts loudly on everyone like an uneducated unprofessional person. The service Manager also does the same thing. They do not care if any employee stays in the company or leaves. Theythreaten employees to terminate them for small small things. Pay scale is very less. They do not find any difference in a fresher or an experienced person. Even person with over 12 years of experience gets 30,000 monthly salary here. This is not a place for experienced people. This is a place only for freshers who just want to build some experience and switch to a better company. The management humiliate employees....Read More
