I don't enjoy anything about school. I believe it's a complete scam.

I don't like the environment and the vehicle facility is terrible. It's not safe for women who live in the city. The school is not following government rules and regulations. The hygiene in the washroom is terrible for teachers and students.

75% to 50% pay cut for all staff members since the month of April. Collecting full tuition fee amount from the parents. Drivers and attenders are not being paid any salary at all.

They collect all original marksheets and Certificates and keep it with them for the entire service period. They do not issue any appointment letter. If you want to leave the job at any point of time then you will required to pay two month's salary to get your certificates back. There is no job security as you are not given an appointment letter and you can be asked to leave any time. There is no policy of maternity leave, medical leave. Gratuity is not paid to employees after 5 years of service. Management is very money minded and find ways to deduct salary of employees every month. It is a total slavery environment. NPS ITPL invests a lot in teachers professional as well as personal development which is remarkable.

Dislikes

Not exactly dislike but certainly NPS has strict dress code policy which at times puts the teachers in dilemma.

Likes

Training, co-teachers, students.

Dislikes

No parking, micro managing teachers, no room for error or else warning letter. Phones should be submitted at the reception. Strict dress code. Students cannot walk around there campus during any break time, they can only go to the washroom and back too the class. And the list goes on.
