Lack of Leave: The company had a strict no-leave policy, even for urgent personal matters, leading to burnout and stress. They even didn't consider you as a human. No Support for Seniors: There was little to no support or recognition for senior employees, making it difficult to feel valued in the organization. They commenting you atyour back even they body shaming you. Poor Management: Management failed to communicate effectively or provide necessary resources, leading to confusion and inefficiency. Toxic Work Environment: The lack of respect and consideration for employees created a negative and demotivating atmosphere. Unrealistic Expectations: The workload was often excessive with unrealistic deadlines, making it challenging to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Unheard Voices: Employee concerns and feedback were often ignored, contributing to a sense of frustration and helplessness. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
