I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Work life balance and freedom to do your work. Very transparent culture. Good salary ranges while joining.

Dislikes

Appraisals are absolutely neglected. Rare promotions as very limited hierarchy is there. People are working for years on the same position / designation. No involvement of HR in any of these things and lack of policies.

Nothing to like. Pune plant is 3rd class organisation. No systems. Current plant manager drives the plant. Everyone dance on his fingertips.

Dislikes

They fired alot of persons for very small small reasons. They will give you good offer and will fire you anytime. Pune plant is driven by thoughts of plant Manager only irrespective of he is wrong or right.
