This is the last place you'd want to work in. Too much of politics where you must have an alliance to regional political parties to survive. Permanent employees treat contractual employees like peons. Even me being a Sys Admin I was being treated as a peon. Permanent employees mock others for pointing to their low salary. Racism is the common norm there. Bengalis discriminate towards non-bengalis, but you'll get used to it, as it's there daily duty towards you.
