...l employees like peons. Even me being a Sys Admin I was being treated as a peon. Permanent employees mock others for pointing to their low salary. Racism is the common norm there. Bengalis discriminate towards non-bengalis, but you'll get used to it, as it's there daily duty towards you. Most of the employees are absolute computer illiterate so you have no choice but to spend 120% of your duty hours just to explain the administration what work you are doing.
