Nothing to write here. If you're Bengali and you have some alliance to Political Parties like CPM or TMC then you are cool.

Dislikes

This is the last place you'd want to work in. Too much of politics where you must have an alliance to regional political parties to survive. Permanent employees treat contractual employees like peons. Even me being a Sys Admin I was being treated as a peon. Permanent employees mock others for pointing to their low salary. Racism is the common norm there. Bengalis discriminate towards non-bengalis, but you'll get used to it, as it's there daily duty towards you. Most of the employees are absolute computer illiterate so you have no choice but to spend 120% of your duty hours just to explain the administration what work you are doing....Read More
