It was nice working with MMU... exposure of patients in remote area was very good... helping them with consultation and inter sectoral coordination was amazing.

Dislikes

There was limited use of MBBS knowledge...

1.We don't have health insurance benefit . If we will be suffer from any disease /accident then we have to take leave without pay . We will not get salary this period. 2. As per central govt announcement when D.A. increase our salary does not increase. No HRA, NO T.A. ,NO DA We wait for pip always .

Our work is to live in headquarters 24 hour to decrease IMR and IMR but we will not get HRA , DA, Overtime,

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
