Very good improvement in MCH Services like high risk pregnancy tracking and maternal death reviews and child death reviews. Effective VPD SURVEILLANCE and Overall improvement in Patients care. Also focus on QUALITY work. Glad to be part of NHM.

DISPARITY IN VAGES AND SELF RESPECT IN COMPARISON TO HCMS COLLEAGUES .
More working hours, more population assigned, more work load and very less paid.
Medical Officers are not being taken in service bye laws, no benefits except 5% annual increment. Overall salary falls below NursingOfficers and BAMS Doctor's. THERE SHOULD BE EQUAL WORK EQUAL PAY....Read More
