Here i get the scope to develop my leadership quality during the implementation of programmes & freedom of present the new relevant idea directly to the higher authority, involve policy making decision, play role in preparing district PIP (yearly budget). Also involve MIS activities, Monitoring, Training activities and most importantly in this organization i get the opportunity to work with the village level health workers like ASHA, Angawadi Workers, PRI Members. I am enjoying the job from last 10+ years but now, specially from last two years there is salary growth (annual increment). HR policies were developed but not implement till now. Overlapping of work is another point of my dislike.

Work Details

Job is challenging but enjoyable. Job satisfaction is there. I involve all administrative task of the mission. Reporting of Programme Performance, Monitoring, Analysis of Reports and present before Deputy Commissioner during District Review Meeting.
