I was laid redundant at the onset of lockdown due to restructuring at the start of 2020. Today after nearly after 8 months of layoff I'm again clawing back to start my life and professional career. My 4 years of sweat & toil meant nothing to the company and was wiped off, which still hurts me. My message to the incumbent management would be to be that laying off the junior or middle level staff should be the last resort. The individuals who made me see those days must also fail and feel how bitter it feels.
