It is a just a key for curruption to the government and government employees. Fertilizer minister is looting in billions, Top post like CEO looting in crores, top management looting in Lacks and all other looting in thousands.

Curruption full system, they didn't bother about common man hard earned money. They are master in fulling in government or government is also doing curruption with the help of NFL.
