A lot to learn, experience of working in a internationally accredited laboratory which is quite different.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

lot of politics. Extreme work load on a single person, no defined job of a person. No proper training to new joinees. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of one year before which you cannot resign.
