The senior technical manger not respect to co- worker , they not giving to working safety , they not take working responsibility of worker , poor management system.

compensation was average compared to professional expertise,Superiors had little knowledge of HR Functions. Management unwilling to collaborate with Union rather engaged in confronting union.Management &Union must collaborate,both has to interest of management and employees working there
