No HR department. Management behaves with draconian mindset exploiting employees. Appraisals are not equitable and based on sycophancy. Lost the purpose and vision of the founder. All skilled employees left the organisation due to non-existence of responsible HR system. Would seriously advise against joining the organisation at any level.

No systematic approach, Top Management wants to safeguard their position and doesn't allow juniors to attend any training. There is no one strong in the technical field due to that many talented staff resigned recently. Actual is bad at field but projection to client and Trust board is good. It's the worst company to work for. They have not allowed me to complete my notice period and also not paid for the month before I resigned, so never joined this organization.
