The work culture is brilliant. Lots of opportunities to work with the growing technologies can be found. Individual work and efforts are recognised and appreciated.

The management needs to be transparent when it comes to making decisions. The pay-scale should also be revised as per latest IT firms regulations.

The work environment is good and friendly. Team mates are supportive and motivative. The initial salary is good but internal growth is not that significant. But when compared to other related companies in this same place, Nathcorp definitely has made a significant place.

The initial career start is good but the salary growth is quite slow. The management is not transparent. The appraisal is sometimes not according to the input given in a task.

I am currently working as an SCOM administrator for a Client of NathCorp. My work is to migrate servers that are currently being monitored by an outdated version of SCOM to a more latest version.Apart from that, I also work as SCCM administrator.

Just keep working as a donkey without any benefit if you arr not a chaploose/tail trapper and have less interest in office politics.
