Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? There is no increment, and min 12 hour's duty excluding travle time.

Dislikes

Accomodation & Food quality is worst, duty hours is min 12 hour's, there is no respect for engineers. Company hired me foe one year and send me back within 6 months, also they didn't consider your salary from the date of arrival. Worst company i have seen in my career.
