No work life balance. They middle management is having dirty politics. No appraisal on your performance, it's totally depends on your relation with your bosses. They doesn't want experience people they will kick your a** and layoff you. Management having all time focus on manpower reduction. HR is only waiting for single mistake sothey can fire you from the job. Job security is almost zero for experience personal who have experience more than 10 years. Previously they are good with People management but from last 2 to 3 years they are just managing theirself for Business they don't work for their people Seniors are just caring about their job not for people's who are working for them.

To Secure His Job He used to take Job of MR. 2) When Issue goes to HR, HR get Managed And Does what NSM and PMT says. 3) HR person Does Not give Proper Settlement.
