NPD managers are just garbage.They are making fool to top management, only attending meetings and doing some data entry work for MIS and taking Lakhs of salary.Management is not asking to them for KAIZEN, POKAYOKE, LINE BALANCING, MOST and LM IMPLEMENTATION.It will be very difficult to survive for any business.
