Old man (MD) will demoralise you during interview and ask to join on less salary (which will also be in 60:40 ratio) {60% will be fixed and 40% will be variable} 3. Wierd policy made by conventional old MD himself 4. Ask to sign bond, deducts salary always, has installed CCTV in every cabin, floors, canteen everywhere just to monitor and micromanage the employees. 5. If you raise voice, he will order legal guys there to send legal notice to you and ruin your career 6. He never gives full amount when you will resign 7. HR knows nothing, talks in hindi 8.
